These terms apply to Lispa’s website, cloud service, and connected agents. By using Lispa, you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Lispa for an organization, you must have permission to act for it. Keep your account details accurate and your passwords, keys, and connected accounts secure. You are responsible for access you authorize.
Using Lispa
Lispa helps you write, run, and review software. Only connect repositories, services, and data you have permission to use. Do not use Lispa for unlawful activity, malware, unauthorized access, spam, or infringement of other people’s rights. Do not bypass security controls or usage limits, or disrupt the service.
Agents can execute commands, change files, and act through connected services according to your instructions and permissions. Choose that access carefully, keep backups, and review and test work before relying on it. AI can make mistakes, including producing insecure or incorrect code.
Your content and results
You keep your rights to the code, prompts, files, and other content you provide. You allow Lispa to process that content to run your tasks, maintain your workspace and its saved knowledge, and operate and support the service.
As between you and Lispa, you own generated results to the extent the law allows. This does not transfer rights to Lispa’s software or to third-party materials. Results may resemble other users’ results and may carry third-party license obligations.
Tasks send relevant content to the model providers and integrations used to perform them. Their terms and data policies apply to their services, including when you connect your own key or subscription. Our Privacy Policy explains Lispa’s handling of personal information.
Plans and payments
Trial credits granted before October 13, 2026 have no cash value and do not renew. Paid usage stops when they expire or run out; no paid subscription starts automatically. Choosing a subscription replaces unused trial credits with that plan’s monthly allowance.
Prices and usage charges are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize the charges for your chosen plan, credit purchases, and any auto top-up you enable. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
Cancel through Billing at any time; access continues until the end of your paid billing period. Monthly plan credits reset at renewal; separately purchased credits carry over. Connected providers bill their own usage under your agreement with them. For billing errors or refund requests, contact tedj@lispa.ai. Nothing here limits refunds or other rights required by law.
Availability and ending access
Features and model availability can change. We may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security risks, nonpayment, or a breach of these terms. You may stop using Lispa at any time and contact us to close your account. Cancel your subscription separately through Billing to stop renewals.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Lispa is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or accurate results. To that same extent, Lispa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, arising from use of the service. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Lispa changes. We will post the revised date here and give notice of material changes through the service or your account contact details before they take effect. Questions? Email tedj@lispa.ai.
